Auxiliary teachers have expressed worry over delays by government to pay their October salary.
This comes at a time when government is yet to pay the teachers October salary despite being commended for paying civil servants in time.
Speaking to MIJ FM Madalitso Jere spokesperson for Auxiliary teachers said at present teachers are failing to get their basic needs due to the cut of their financial muscle.
Meanwhile, Jere has pleaded with government to fasten the payment of their salaries.
There has not been immediate comment from government.
