Justice Dorothy Nyakaunda Kamanga has thrown out applications by three DPP senior members; Kondwani Nankhumwa, Grezelder Jeffrey and Cecilia Chazama with costs.
The three were challenging a high court judgement to dismiss their application to stop the party’s President to alter their roles.
But when passing her Kamanga, has thrown out the application on two grounds namely; the applicants were supposed to appeal the earlier judgement at the same lower court before taking the matter to Supreme Court of Appeal, political matters must be first resolved within the already established structures before seeking court interpretation on different matters.
