The High Court in Lilongwe will next Tuesday hear a challenge by the Anti -Corruption Bureau against a stay order stopping the bureau from arresting of lands minister Kezzie Msukwa .
Speaking to MIJ Online,Victor Chiwala, Chief Legal and Prosecution Officer for the bureau – said the judiciary has informed the ACB that the case will be heard on Monday 11 January 2021 before high court judge Simeon Mdeza.
But Chiwala said the bureau will file an application for vacation of the stay order tomorrow.
Meanwhile Chiwala has disclosed that the bureau is still hunting for two people who are alleged to be involved in the case.
