Flames challenged ahead of Four Nations tournament

The Football Association of Malawi (FAM) has called on the national football team, the Flames, to show full commitment ahead of the Mukuru Four Nations Tournament.
The tournament is scheduled for March 28 to 31 in Francistown, Botswana.
Fleetwood Haiya President for FAM made the call on Thursday during an interaction with players and the technical panel.
Haiya urged the team to build on momentum from their previous outing against Lesotho in November and deliver strong performances at the tournament.
Meanwhile, Kalisto Pasuwa the head coach for Flames has named a final 25-man squad for the competition.
The squad retains 15 players who featured in the November friendlies against Lesotho, maintaining continuity in team selection.
The team includes 17 foreign-based players and eight locally based players.
The Flames are expected to depart for Francistown, Botswana, on a chartered flight.
