A good governance campaign group has written government and asked the ministry of finance to find solutions on the scarcity of forex in the country.
For months running the country has been running on low availability of forex, a development that has also had negative consequences on international trade.
In the wake of this development the Centre for Democracy and Economic Empowerment has written the ministry of finance to identify solutions about the situation.
According to Sylvester Namiwa, Executive director for CDEDI said government needed to identify strategies aimed at promoting availability of forex in the country to free the situation.
