Kambala, two others want their case dismissed

Newton Kambala, former minister of energy and two others have applied to the Court to have their case dismissed citing lack of consistency on the charges they are answering.

And on Thursday, the three were back in Court for a fresh Plea taking following Amendment of their Charges by ACB which the defense is objecting.
According to the Defense the fresh charge sheet does not state where the accused committed the crime.
Speaking to MIJ FM, Khumbo Soko Defense lawyer said they want the charge sheet to be thrown out and have the three set at liberty.
