There are growing calls for Minister of Lands Kezzie Msukwa to resign over corruption accusations he is facing.
The latest to make such calls is the Youth and Society which has given the minister seven days to step down to pave way for investigations in his case to do with land allocation to Asian traders.
Speaking to MIJ Online, Charles Kajoloweka Executive Director for Youth and Society, said they feel that Msukwa is putting a wrong precedent by sticking to office saying that may compromise investigations.
He has since said they will take legal courses should Msukwa fail to resign.

This follows sentiments made by the public affairs committee during its meeting with President Lazarus Chakwera, where the quasi-religious grouping criticized government for not showing desired willingness to end the vice.
However, Moses Mkandawire Chairperson of the National Anti-corruption Alliance said the fight against corruption cannot be left to an individual but every citizen should take part to end it.
He has since proposed for government to provide more financial and human resources allocation to the Anti-Corruption Bureau and the judiciary to hear cases with speed.
