The recent Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE) examinations has seen over 600 candidates at the institution passing, representing a 97 percent pass rate.
Managing Director for Maranatha Academy Ernest Kaonga has told MIJ Online that the institution continues to emerge as a great performer in MSCE examination as out of the 600 successful students 400 have qualified for the University Entrance Examinations (UEE).
According to Kaonga, about 400 students have scored between 10 and 25 points.
“The school continues to get better results because we have dedicated teachers as well as ensuring a conducive learning environment for our students. We emphasize on quality education that would assist a learner to go beyond secondary education”. Said Kaonga
Last year, the school sent over 172 students to the University of Malawi, according to Kaonga.
He has since hailed the teachers for another outstanding performance which ensures uncompromised delivery of quality education
