State House has said it has instituted internal disciplinary measures against members of staff alleged to be using the name of President Lazarus Chakwera to obtain favors.
This follow calls from the public and CSOs for disclosure of the officers and their reporting to the ACB.
However, speaking to MIJ FM, Anthony Kasunda, Press Secretary of President -Lazarus Chakwera some of the officers have been confirmed to members of staff at State House and that administrate corrective measures are being taken.
On calls that State House should report the officers to ACB, Kasunda said there is a question of security of the president but State House is doing something about it.
‘’We cannot talk much on what State House will do but people should be assured that State House is doing something about the issue. ‘’Kasunda said.
