Telekom Networks Malawi (TNM) plc has made a contribution of K10 million towards the ongoing joint Bench-Bar Symposium in Blantyre.
The event, a collaborative effort between the Malawi Law Society (MLS) and the Judiciary, seeks to provide a vital platform for legal professionals to share knowledge, experiences, and best practices.
Speaking after making the donation, TNM’s Legal and Regulatory Director, Chisomo Governor, said the symposium is very important because they believe that part of the corporate’s success depends on fair administration of justice.
MLS President, Davis Njobvu, expressed gratitude for TNM’s support, saying, “The support will go a long way in making the event a success.”
This year’s Bench-Bar Symposium is being held under the theme, “Accountability of the Judiciary and the Legal Profession: Reflections on Regulatory Frameworks of the Judiciary and the Legal Profession.”
