Malawi is slated to have its own Corona virus laboratory by this month, Minister of Health Jappie Mhango has said
With the development, the country will be able to conduct its own tests.
Mhango has disclosed the news at press briefing that is being held jointly with Minister of Information Mark Botomani in Blantyre.
According to Mhango, government is currently finalising procurement processes of the equipment.
This comes as cases of corona virus are also being recorded in Africa apart from the global unrest it has created.
