Five judges are expected to hear a case in which the opposition Democratic Progressive Party-DPP is challenging the legality of the 23rd June fresh Presidential Election.
The revelation by Gladys Gondwe, the Registrar of the high court comes a day after Chief Justice Andrew Nyirenda certified the case as a constitutional matter.
As disclosed by Gondwe, the five judges are Sylvester Kalembera, Rowland Mbvundula Dorothy ,Nyakaunda Kamanga, Annabel Mtalimanja and Thom Ligowe.
Commenting on the certification of the case, Charles Mhango, lawyer for the DPP said the party is happy that the case has finally been certified arguing this confirms the court is convinced that there is a case which needs to be heard.
