Marketing agency to empower youthful communicators

A giant player in the marketing industry, Dovetales Marketing Agency is embarking on a bid to empower young communication professionals to subsequently empower them.
To achieve this, the agency will facilitate the fourth cohort of training programme dubbed Starting Block Learnership Programme.
The programme which is conducted by BCW Africa will start from the end of March.
Speaking during a media address in Blantyre on Tuesday, Managing Consultant of Dovetales Marketing Agency Dalitso Khonyongwa said the project is aimed at equipping youthful communication enthusiasts with practical knowledge in a bid to improve the industry.
“The programme is aimed at instilling practical knowledge in the youth. It is part of our Corporate Social Responsibility, and we believe if the youths are empowered, they will contribute handsomely towards growth of the industry,” he said.
He added that the organization will also provide internship spaces for some for some of the participants.
“After successful completion of the programme we will take onboard some interns to provide them with an opportunity to put into practice their knowledge.” he said.
The programme which was launched in 2020 involves different African countries.
