The Malawi Confederation of Chambers of Commerce and Industry says the 34th Malawi International Trade Fair will present a rare opportunity for business interactions and market linkages.
The sentiments come ahead of the fair which will be held from 23rd to 29 May 2024 at Chichiri Trade Fair grounds in Blantyre.

Wezi Mungoni Director of Business Development for MCCCI told MIJ Online that the trade fair will offer a mixture of opportunities for the private sector including small scale business operators to showcase their work and utilize the event for business linkages.
Mungoni also disclosed that so far 177 local exhibitors and two international businesses from Mozambique have confirmed their participation in the trade fair.
The trade fair this year will run under the theme, “Boosting Malawi’s Export Capacity through Enhanced Production,” recognizing the need for enhanced production if Malawi is to realise economic growth.
