The National AIDS Commission has urged collaborative efforts to ensure that Malawi eradicates HIV as a public threat by 2030.
This call comes in the wake of a training session conducted by SYCAMORE Consult.
This is a prominent financial training institution, which focused on enlightening workers from the commission about the significance of team building for organizations to attain their strategic objectives.
In an interview with MIJ Online, Dr. Beatrice Matanje, the Chief Executive Officer for NAC, emphasized the necessity for all stakeholders to work together as a cohesive team in managing the pandemic.
Matanje stressed that it is essential not to leave any individuals, particularly junior staff members, behind in the efforts to control the spread of the virus.
Meanwhile, Audrey Mwala, the Chief Executive Officer of SYCAMORE Consult, pointed out that numerous organizations struggle to achieve their mandates because many junior employees are unaware of their contributions to an organization.
