Malawi has commissioned the Nkhata Bay Water Supply and Sanitation Project which will benefit over 105,000 people.
President Lazarus Chakwera has described as a significant milestone the official commissioning of the Nkhata Bay Water Supply and Sanitation project.
The project is aimed at providing access to clean water and improved sanitation for more than 105,000 people residing in the port town and its surrounding areas.
Meanwhile, President Chakwera has said the impact of the initiative extends to education, health, trade, tourism, and other vital sectors, fostering improved service delivery.
