The State has today failed to parade it's second witness in the FISD Directors fraud case as witness is reported not to be in the right state of mind to be in the court.

The State says it intends to add Foundation for Irrigation and Sustainable Development (FISD) Limited on the accused list in the fraud case that four FISD Directors are answering.
