The draw at Mpira Village has matched 16 teams from the top tier league with 16 clubs from the National Division League, as well as regional leagues and district competitions.
Defending champions Mighty Wanderers are set to compete against Extreme FC from the Central Region.
Other matchups in the Super League feature Songwe Border United hosting FCB Nyasa Big Bullets, Creck Sporting Club going up against Goshen City Dedza Dynamos, and Mafco FC facing Blue Eagles.
The remaining teams in the Super League have drawn opponents from lower divisions.
“We anticipate another thrilling competition this year,” stated Gomezgani Zakazaka, the competitions and communications director at FAM.
“There are three fixtures involving Super League teams, and we have also observed teams from districts throughout the country being matched against Super League teams, which is a rare occurrence.”
FAM will provide the match dates at a later time.
