Malawi will not until now feel the effects of Tropical Storm Cliff, weather experts have said.
This comes as weather authorities say there is a formation of a moderate tropical storm called Cliff in the Indian Ocean.
According to Yobu Kachiwanda, spokesperson for the department of climate change and meteorological services, the storm has developed East of the Island of Reunion and is slowly moving South westwards.
But the department says the new storm will not have any impact of the country’s weather patterns.
Kachiwanda has told MIJ Online that they are monitoring the movement of the storm as was the case with others in the past.
