A socioeconomic think tank has spoken on the need for a shift from over dependence on white-color jobs to entrepreneurship.
The observer, Peter Mawindo who is also an author has made the observation at a time the country continues to rely on employment as a main source of living.
However, speaking to MIJ Online, Mawindo said it was time to reach out to the general public on the good side of entrepreneurship against employment.
Among others Mawindo said entrepreneurship had great potential for developing the country as it also reduces the levels of unemployment.
Meanwhile, Hopkins Kawaye an economic scholar has echoed Mawindo saying a serious culture of entrepreneurship would help ease high demand for jobs against the minimal supply of employment.
